Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes! We do ship to P.O. Boxes. However, shipment time will be 1 – 3 days longer than normal.

With all other postal addresses, we typically process and ship orders within two days after you place it. If you have a P.O. Box address, please take this additional 1 – 3 day delivery time into consideration when placing your order.

Subscriptions are easy! You select the supplements you want and when you want to receive them. We’ll do the rest! Plus, you’ll save 10% on your monthly order! And for a limited time, Subscribe & Save members get FREE shipping. To get started just follow these easy steps:

  • Step 1. Select Your Supplements
    Visit the applicable product page. Make sure you select Subscribe & Save as your Delivery Option.
  • From there, you can choose to receive your SmartyPants every 30, 60 or 90 days.You can even choose to receive multiple supplements in the same order (don’t forget about the rest of the family)
  • Step 2. Enter Your Address and Payment DetailsNext, you’ll be prompted to enter your delivery address and payment details. We’ll use this information to automatically charge your credit card and ship your order based on the timeline you select. You can update this information at anytime through your Smarty Pants Vitamins account, which brings us to Step 3.
  • Step 3. Create Your Account
    After your order is complete, you’ll see a link to create a Smarty Pants Vitamins account. Go for it! Here you can access to your subscription preferences and make changes to your account anytime. You can also cancel or put your shipment on hold. No questions asked. Now, all you have to do is sit back, relax and let us do the rest. The smarter approach to healthier is on the way. Yay!

How does Subscribe & Save save me money?

  2. Next, click “Delivery Schedule.”
  3. From there, you’ll be able to view all upcoming shipments and select which ones you want to skip or edit.

How do I change my subscription order dates, put my subscription on hold or skip a month?

How do I update my payment method for Subscribe & Save?

Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Smarty Pants Vitamins account and click “Manage Subscriptions.”
  2. Next, click “Billing Information” and “Update Card.”
  3. From there, you can enter your new payment details. Make sure to click “Update Card” when you’re done to save your changes. These new payment details will then be used for your next shipment.

How do I change my address for Subscribe & Save?

How do your promo codes work?

Looks like you got your hands on a snazzy new promo code. Yay! Here’s how to use your special discount so you can start saving now.

To start, you’ll find a space to enter your code in Step. 1 of the checkout process on our website. Simply paste the code in the provided space and click, “Apply, “ to see your discount.

To note, promo code discounts apply to the value before tax and shipping charges. You can apply your promo code to an existing order (like if you’re already a subscriber), but unless otherwise specified, it can’t be used for multiple purchases. This means, each code can only be used once. Promo codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit or towards previous purchases. Promo codes are valid on in-stock items only. They are not valid on prior purchases. Only one promo code may be used at a time. They can’t be used on gift cards, and may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts or coupons.

Did you purchase your supplements through another online retailer (Amazon, etc.)? No worries. You can either return it back to them, or we can help you with an exchange for a replacement bottle of another SmartyPants product. The choice is yours!

A few more things, we don’t refund original shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong product – and we don’t issue refunds or exchanges past 30 days.

We ship to all U.S. States. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of placing it. You will receive a shipment notification email to track your delivery.

Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative method. Our rates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (within the contiguous U.S.): $5 – arrival approximately 3 – 5 business days after order is processed.
  • 2-day Shipping (within the contiguous U.S.): $20  – arrival approximately 2 business days after order is processed.
  • Standard Shipping Outside Contiguous U.S.: $5.99 (includes orders to Alaska and Hawaii) – arrival approximately 4 – 7 business days after order is processed.
