Each delicious gummy delivers vegetarian omega-3, and 13 essential nutrients, including vitamin D as D3, B-vitamins, and zinc. They are also an excellent source of vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, B12, folate, biotin, and iodine.
Kids 4 years of age or older, take 4 gummies daily. May be taken with or without food. Chew each gummy thoroughly.
